Endorphin is a funny word for feeling good.


Regular exercise releases endorphins into your body, creating a natural "high" both physically and emotionally.

The benefits of routine exercise are essential to living a healthy and vibrant life.

Exercise 
-builds strong muscles,
-makes it easier to breathe and to think.
-clears the carbon from the body and cobwebs from the mind.

Yes, exercise is fun too.
